Classes
Barre Fundamentals
45 minutes. Our morning staple for anyone starting out or returning to barre work. Ballet-inspired, low-impact movement at the barre builds posture, control and strength through small isometric holds. You'll feel longer, straighter, more grounded — no dance experience needed.
Power Barre
50 minutes. Once you've settled into barre fundamentals, this evening class turns up the tempo and adds light hand weights. More cardio, more rhythm, same barre-supported control — for people ready to challenge their endurance alongside their form.
Strength Foundations
45 minutes. Morning introduction to proper barbell and dumbbell technique. We teach the squat, hinge, press and pull from scratch — small groups mean your form gets corrected early, before bad habits stick. Strength builds on confidence.
Total Body Strength
55 minutes. Our evening progression class, built around compound lifts with planned week-to-week progression. If you've moved through Strength Foundations, this is where you build real load and real results — tracked, planned and coached.
Barre & Strength Blend
60 minutes, Saturday mornings. One longer weekend class that runs a barre segment followed by a strength segment — the two disciplines work together beautifully. Perfect for people who can't piece together weekday classes and want both in one session.
